EWCM but negative OPK

I mean it’s actually got a line now whereas the last couple of days there hasn’t been even a hint of a line but I’m having like handfuls of EWCM every time I visit the toilet and peeing so much! has anyone had this?

I had an ectopic pregnancy surgically managed 2 weeks ago and hpt have been negative for almost a week.

Not ttc but not preventing. Just trying to track my cycle.
