Bleeding 5 weeks 2 days

So I ended up going to the ER yesterday because I was bleeding....not to bad....they did blood work and said my HCG levels were great but my progesterone levels were not where they were suppose to be....has anyone ever had this happen? Am I going to miscarry??? I have an appointment with my OB today.
