Does any one have an exact 28 day cycle

Hello

Does most women have an exact 28 day cycle ? Mine are always different but not a lot between them there any where between 26-28 cycles .

I felt a lot of wet discharge on cycle day 11 then not a lot of it since I am now on cycle day 14 predicted ovulate but not really any discharge did I ovulate on day 11 ?

What are my chances of getting pregnant if I did have sex on day 11 ??
