Doctor didnt prescribe progesterone

I am now 4+6 weeks and I went to a new ob last Saturday because my previous doctor was on leave and I wouldnt want to wait that long. I had a missed miscarriage (mmc) last Dec 2019 around 11 weeks, baby’s stopped growing at 9 weeks. After MMC, my period went irregular and I was diagnosed with pcos. I am currently on metformin and inositol when I conceived. Now I am slightly concerned doctor prescribe me low dose aspirin folic but not progesterone. Also she said to continue metformin. She gave me low dose aspirin because when she took a look inside we saw 2 sacs, it was too early to be sure so I will go back after 2 weeks to check development.

Anyone else with previous miscarriage that had succesful pregnancy without progesterone?
