Sooooo, last time I was at the doctors a few months ago i came in at a HUGE 320. I’m probably more now. I have never been so embarrassed. I’ve never hated myself more. So I’ve decided to change it finally.
• I have cut out all soda.
• I am counting my calories and watching my sugar and sodium intake.
• I’m limiting my carbs.
• Everything I will be waking up at 6am, eating a healthy breakfast and then working out until 7am
• When I get home from work I will be taking a 15-30 minute nap. (I have chronic fatigue, so this nap will be needed)
• I will do my housework
• Then I will be going for an hour walk with my dog at about 5-6pm and then working out for another hour.
If you ladies have any beginners workouts, eating tips, weight loss tips. I’d appreciate them.
When I worked out this morning I could barely do anything. But I want to push myself more tonight.
