Best time for BULLETPROOF drinks???

It can be coffee, hot chocolate, etc. anything that is low carb.

This morning, I had Ovaltine and I added 1 tbsp of MCT coconut oil. I know it’s not really a “bulletproof” drink.

I would like to know when is the BEST time to drink bulletproof coffee in the morning.

I had mine at 8:15am and I’ve been in the bathroom for an hour already. My tummy hurt so bad. I work at 10:30am. Does that mean, I’ll have to wake earlier (6:30am) to drink and prevent going to the bathroom at work?

I usually do an hour workout before work but I couldn’t today because of my tummy and **TMI** explosive diarrhea. 🥲 from the MCT.

UPDATE: I’m at work and I feel terrible. Been going and using the bathroom 4 times already. Never am I down this again in the days that I work. :( haha
