Hi, kinda random but I’m a student in my final semester working on an architectural project in one of the low-income/underserved areas of Houston. We are designing affordable housing but I want to add space for people who are experiencing with homelessness. This won’t be a homeless shelter but more so small sleeping areas to provide temporary shelter.

I’ve been fortunate enough to never experience homelessness and I truly believe that there is a limit to how much insight you can get from research. With that said, I am looking for people who are experiencing or had experienced homelessness. I want to listen and learn from you and maybe ask questions as we go (obviously you can always tell me what your boundaries are and stop me at any point).
