It would depend if if was interfering with hearing or his wax draining. I wouldn’t just for cosmetic reasons. His ear is so cute!

I personally would because I don’t like the look of it, maybe that’s wrong of me but I can’t imagine why I child would be upset that you had it removed since it’s a growth and not like a mole or something. Just my thoughts!

I’d have to hear from the dr all the risks of doing a surgery like that on a baby. If it’s pretty easy with low recovery time I think so.
