My son is 7 months and I’ve been giving him purées but I want to do baby led weaning. Can you give me pictures of what a meal looks like for your baby do you over a whole grain veg fruit and protein every meal? What does you’re shopping week look like is frozen veggies ok? I just don’t know where to start lol
