Cramps??

Hi, got 3 positive tests on the weekend, first day of my last period was the 3rd of jan.. think I conceived around the 20th although not entirely sure. first appointment is on the 2nd of March.

I’ve had mild cramping on and off every day now for a week and my tests are still quite faint, is this normal in early pregnancy, I’ve read up on chemical pregnancies and now I can’t get it out of my head!! Is anyone else just constantly nervous waiting for that first appointment expecting something to go wrong?! 😭
