What’s your workout and diet like?
Especially for the ladies who works in the morning and doesn’t get home until 7-8pm.
I’m having a hard time figuring out my own regime and I’m kinda new at this as well.
I want to lose weight and tone my body.
Also, for those that workout around 8pm at night, what’s your pre-workout meal and what’s your post-workout meal AND at what time do you usually eat ‘em?
Kinda don’t wanna go to bed feeling bloated so anything will help :)
I need some advices!
