Lack of Symptoms

I’m 9 weeks 3 days, and I’m just wondering if anyone else in the group didn’t really experience many symptoms this far in your pregnancy. I haven’t had any morning sickness thus far, just extreme exhaustion and sore breasts mainly. Some light nausea here and there. I’m just feeling a little anxious I guess. I have my first appointment and ultrasound Tuesday. I had an ectopic pregnancy in September, so I’m having a hard time this time around with this feeling “real.” Tuesday cannot come soon enough! 😩
