Should I take plan B? Help!

I’m having anxiety. Need advice 😅

I’ve been taking ALTHEA (Cyproterone acetate + Ethinylestradiol) birth control pills for a year now and I make it a point that my partner wears a condom every time I have penetrative sex. Although yesterday I got carried away by my emotions and decided to have sex without a condom. He came inside me, and now I’m having a panic attack thinking that I could get pregnant.

As I’ve said earlier, I’ve been taking birth control pills for a year. I haven’t missed a dose every single day although this month I kinda was 15-45 mins late with some of my pills. Could I get pregnant because he came inside me?

Should I take plan B? Or am I safe?
