Has anyone bled and still been pregnant?

Has anyone bled in very early pregnancy enough to fill tampons for a couple days, and gone on to have a successful pregnancy? I can't see my doctor for a week and a half and I'm freaking out 
I bled first (when normal period was due last week), than spotted for 4 days, then tested pregnant today

You shouldn’t use tampons if pregnant (or postpartum/after miscarriage). Had you tested positive prior to the bleeding? Honestly what I would suspect is a chemical pregnancy. You lost the pregnancy early on but as you tested positive right after, the pregnancy hormones haven’t left your system yet. 
I did have bleeding early on in my pregnancy, but it was around 8 weeks and not that much. I had a subchorionic hematoma (trapped blood from behind the sac which was escaping) and it is possible to bleed more than me (the nurse I had said she had a ton of bleeding over the course of a day, but she also had been farther along, I think she said around 11 weeks). Call your OB/primary care doctor, but my bet would be it’s from a chemical pregnancy.
