TTC with PCOS

So I was diagnosed with PCOS and I have been on femera as my husband and I are TTC. I finally got a positive on my ovulation kit on 1/31 and it was confirmed that I ovulated with blood work by my dr. Over the last 2 days I have had a massive migraine that will not go away no matter what I do (and I work on a computer so that probably doesn’t help) and have been getting nauseous after I eat. Is it possible that I am experiencing pregnancy signs already or could it be unrelated?
