Cramps and spotting?

I recently had brown discharge over the last 2 days and have consistent cramping under the right side of my belly just under that little puff of tummy fat.

Im worried about a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy. Trying to get an emergency scan today since in the emergency department yesterday they couldn't see or find on embryonic sac.

How do you all cope with the possibility of miscarriage? Or the thought of everything being the worst possibly outcome?

Im not sure if it's psychosomatic or not but the cramps extend up to my right ribs this morning...

I can't wait to get some answers....
