For the ladies that heard this helps with getting pregnant and thins out your mucus,
when do you take it and is pill or liquid form the best?

I am taking it in pill form one a day I started taking it the last day of my period

I took it every cycle for a year. From cd10 through O+3. Mine were the 12 hour tablets so twice a day.

I take it in pill form, one every 12 hours throughout my fertility window
