Am I seeing things?

So I started taking ovulation tests a week after my period as my cycle is all over the place atm on the 3rd of feb I got two strong lines but not a positive so kept testing and the line got weaker- assumed maybe I’d missed it or just a random surge. Tested this Monday (the 8th) and it was a positive opk.

So by the positive test on the 8th I should be 2DPO but I’ve been feeling super crampy so took a pregnancy test anyway since I wasn’t sure what happened last week.

Do you see a line? I feel like I do but I don’t know! Is it possible to ovulate twice?
