Ovulation test strip timing help
I am a nurse that works nights. Most people say to do the ovulation test from 11a-3p. On my days off I am awake during the day but when I work I’m awake all night and sleep the next day. Does the timing of the test really matter? I plan on testing twice a day but just not sure when exactly due to my work schedule. Do I need to test more since my schedule constantly flips?
