Help w/ interview question!

I used to work as a cashier in a restaurant where I took care of food orders and more, retail associate for glasses, and I did take a dance class in college.

I wasn’t a good dancer and we did work on teams sometimes to come up with a dance but not sure how that can help.

Describe a situation when you worked with others on a project and your teammates disagreed with your ideas. How did you respond? What were some of your (collective) challenges and how did you resolve them?
