We're currently living in Japan in the towers, basically apartments. Either the neighbors next to us or above us bounce a basketball ALL DAY LONG, waking up my toddler several times a week from his nap. We have a Facebook towers community page where I was thinking of making a post along the lines of; Hello neighbors :) either the neighbors above me or to the side of me are constantly bouncing a basketball on the floors and sometimes it sounds like on the walls. This unfortunately has been very very distractive and loud for my toddler who is napping or even woken up late at night. I'm guessing it's a child playing as I hear his/her little feet running after it. Would you please be considerate of your neighbors and think of alternative toys? I even have a few plastic bouncing balls averaging in sizes they can have. No hard feelings, just a tired Momma and toddler. Feel free to reach out to me, thanks....Does this sound OK, is it rude?
