C section

So I had my first baby 3 weeks ago and they told me that she was faced up so I was lucky to not attempt to even try to push her out because of the way my pelvis shape is, but unfortunately there are two types of pelvis shapes when it comes to having a csection. One is where u can’t push at all and one where the head moves slower down than normal ladies that can have a natural birth. My question is, if my pelvis shape is the one that moves the baby slow, is it possible to have a natural birth later on in the future? Or once u have a c section do u HAVE to have another one?????
