i have really irregular periods after coming off the pill. before the pill i bled for months and now my periods are always late usually up to a week. my period is 19 days late today. i didn’t have sex around when glow said i was ovulating. my period has once been exactly 3 weeks late, but i had pms way before i got it (i had pms when it was expected to arrive). this cycle i have no pms.

i took a pregnancy test after 2 weeks of no period. negative. what do i do? am i still possibly pregnant? what’s the cause of the irregular periods?
