Can mucus plug be clear?

I read that mucus plug can be clear, pink or brown or streaks of blood in it? 
Is it true? 
I had clear thick mucusy stuff yestedsy and again today?

Yes it can. But bloody / or brown tinged usually means that labor is getting closer where clear isn’t a sign of labor. I lost pieces of mine for over 5 weeks with my second but was always a clear or pale yellow

Yes! However, at 39.4 weeks I lost mine and it looked green 🤢
