THRUSH: Will it work if i didn’t put the whole applicator in my vagina whilst inserting the pessary?

I have thrush and only inserted half of the applicator inside my vagina.
Will it still work? I’m scared i didn’t put it in high enough.. I’m stupid, i was scared to put it further as i’ve never had a tampon or such up there.  
Also do i have to use the cream if i don’t have external symptoms? I get an itch once in a while but i don’t itch it as i don’t want it to get worse. This happens occasionally. My main symptom was excess watery discharge that has no particular scent when on my hands but yeasty on my underwear. 
I don’t feel like i need to use the cream but if it’s obligatory i will.

It's obligatory. You may not have symptoms but they could come later on and be worse if you don't do the treatment correctly😬 do the treatment for 7 days and it's okay if you don't put it far enough the first time, try to do it further the next times. It doesn't hurt you'll see! The most important is to finish the 7 days every day. If you have itching on the outside putting cream there will relieve the itch👍🏾

Yes, you need to use the cream. I know it’s unpleasant, I’m sorry 😔 Even if you only have symptoms externally, the yeast grows inside. I would recommend using the full dose if you want the medication to be effective. People often stop when they start to feel better but then the infection is not fully gone. It’s can come back and sometimes be worse if you don’t use the medication as directed.

Hi there I don't no where you live but in Australia you can get a script for thrush and it's just a few tablets that way you don't have to use that awful cream (unless ur pregnant then u can't have the tablets)

Ecsess warery discharge is normal. Do you have pieces there? Like soft cottage cheese like lumps? Because by your description, it doesn't sound like trush. Maybe consult with a doc before. 
Main symptom of trush is a lot of itching, and another is white lumpy discharge.
