18mm follicle

Hi !

Yesterday at my sono my biggest follicle was 18mm. Blood work was all looking good. My doctor had me trigger this AM with IUI tomorrow . Anyone get pregnant with just 1 follicle ? I assume it will be at least 20-22mm by tomorrow.
