Can others tell you are pregnant before you know?

I will preface this by saying this is a dumb question, but has anyone ever told you they thought you were pregnant before you knew. I’ve had several people hinting lately at thinking i am pregnant. Even a close friend that knows we have been TTC 11 months suddenly told me yesterday that I “seem different” and that she thinks I am pregnant. I don’t want to get my hopes up but has anyone else had this happen?
