Pregnancy with multiples, how different is it?

Question

If you had a single and then twins/multiples. Was pregnancy different symptom wise? 
I'm aware every pregnancy is different. 
Just curious, feel like I might be with twins with everything pretty more intense compared to my first kid. 
Might be a chance it's cause of different fathers, to why it's so different this time.

I’m 21 weeks with twins currently. This pregnancy is completely different than my singleton pregnancy. I was sooooo sick from the moment I got my first positive test, but I didn’t think much of it. Unfortunately the only way to know is from an ultrasound.

I'm 15w2d with twins, so far this pregnancy has been completely different than my singleton. I started feeling nauseous at 3w3d, singleton only got car sick didn't have any nausea; my hips started hurting at about 10 weeks along with my round ligaments, and hurt really bad some times, no hip pain with my singleton (born at 21w3d, probably would have been hip pain, but not until later). My boobs haven't stopped hurting since I was about 8 DPO. I also had spotting off anf on from 5w3d to 10w4d, no SCH, it was just my cervix being overly sensitive.

This is my 4th pregnancy currently with twins I’m 9 weeks the other 3 were singletons I’m sooooo sick with this pregnancy and lack so much energy feel like my sole is being sucked out of me I’m more hungry but can’t eat I literally new something was up from the moment I found out I was pregnant it’s very different to singleton pregnancy! And Im showing already.

I’ve had two singleton pregnancies and one twin pregnancy. I had no symptoms with any of the three pregnancies. With my second singleton I had very bad cramping around 6ish-7 weeks. It’s a misconception that stronger symptoms can indicate multiples.
