struggling to eat healthy (if at all) only wanting really bland foods & I've gone from drinking loads of water daily to wanting to puke just looking at it 🤢 (let's not even talk about brushing my teeth)
everything makes me feel like I want to puke, especially at night time.
Nausea is no joke 😥😪
