I can’t remember what contractions feel like since having my daughter 3 years ago.

I’m currently having painful period like cramps but they are really only in my pelvic region.. like how actual period cramps feel like when you’re not pregnant. I also have a backache with them. they come and go but I haven’t timed them because I feel like this isn’t actual labor.

Do any of you mommas remember this feeling and was is actual labor?
