Had my first ultrasound today..
So I had my first ultrasound today and they just seen the yolk sac. I was measuring 6 weeks but they didn’t see a fetal pole. Anyone had this happen to them and went back for another ultrasound than there was finally a baby there? My nerves are all over the place because I’ve been having a lot of cramping but no bleeding.
