Frustrating

So I was suppose to start af on February 4th or 5th it comes every month on time and on the 4th I had light spotting when I went to the bathroom twice and that was it. Here it is February 11th and my period still hasn’t started because I was suppose to start my 3rd round of clomid. So I called and talked to my doctors nurse because he was in surgery and she replied the message to him and called me back and say any bleeding or spotting is day 0 and I should of took the clomid on day 5 so now I have to wait til next month. But still no af and I took a test on the 5Th and 6th both negative
