So painful , I don’t know what it is

In the area I circled it is excruciatingly painful to rub/touch. More so where my birthmark patch is. It’s I noticed in one spot but if I rub it in a line it’s like a stringy feeling but the whole thing is painful. Feels sharp/stabbing kinda burning feeling.

I don’t know if it is a round ligament pain. A torn muscle, or what it is. It typically only inflames mid afternoon till I fall asleep.

I don’t know what to do to help ease this pain. I’m 28w. I don’t think I can deal with this pain the rest of my pregnancy it’s becoming unbearable.

Does anyone have any ideas what it could be. I don’t have a dr app till Wednesday morning. And I just need some relief till then.
