34 weeks with breech baby. Should Red Rasberry Leaf tea be avoided?

34 weeks with breech baby. Working on trying to get him to turn. Should red raspberry leaf tea be avoided or is it still safe to drink?

Answer

My first baby was breech and this baby was transverse both at 34 weeks. I made some simple exercises I saw on Facebook and felt them both turning the same day. The video is on “Fit Mums Channel” on YouTube. It’s called “How to turn a breech, posterior or transverse baby”. 
I have been drinking red raspberry leaf tea since 30 weeks. It does not make you go into labor. It helps strength your uterus.

I can’t comment on whether or not to drink it because of baby’s position, but my midwife did say I shouldn’t start drinking it until 37 weeks. It surprised me because I’ve seen others say they were told it was good to start much earlier. 
If you haven’t checked out spinningbabies.com I’d suggest it. There’s a bunch of articles and information about breech babies and how to flip them. It’s possible they’ll mention something like that on one of them.
