Courses to improve communication skills

Does anyone know of any courses they’ve taken to improve communication skills? I have a hard time recollecting my thoughts and how to put it well together in words when I’m explaining something to a customer sometimes. Not all the time but if there’s something that can help me with this I would love to take one!
