7dpo after dc/BC w/+OPK

Today I’m 7dpo, and I have been seeing other get their BFP on 7dpo. I was wondering should I test the night of 7dpo? I have been having very mild cramping/bubbling feeling, Watery milky CM, since 4dpo and just later this morning around 7:23am.I developed a headache out of nowhere. Also I noticed my cervix is high and soft almost couldn’t find it lol. What do you all think? Here’s a breakdown

2/6~ +opk

2/11-12 ~5/6dpo~ Possible implantation just mild cramps/bubbles like feeling in lower abdominal/pelvic area and watery/milky CM.

2/13 ~ 7dpo~ headache, cervix is very high and soft; almost couldn’t find it. I have watery/milky discharge nipples on high beam for no reason and warm to the touch.

I’m new to all of this so please bare with me.
