Should I be worried need advice ASAP.

I’m having really bad cramps worse then I had yesterday and I didn’t have these with my first child. I’m also nauseated and only threw up twice through out the week so far but my naseua is bad. During my first pregnancy I had bled and they did an ultrasound and found a sub chronological hemorrhage (bleed between the baby and uterus) it cleared finally at 20 weeks . I haven’t bleed yet but should I be worried about these cramps getting worse ? Has any one esle experience this . I’m estimated 4 weeks and 5 days the app says. And my son first child is 1 years old . Any advice would help .
