Toxic people

Has anyone ever heard of earth bound Demons? Basically people that were sent to ruin you that basically trap you and you keep going back because you’re drawn to them no matter how they treat you? Well my current boyfriend(now ex) is one of those people. I’ve been dealing with him for years and yesterday he made me so mad. It was a mix of all my emotions I’ve been holding in and also me realizing he is nothing good for me.

I went off on him . And now I feel so bad. I know he deserved it but I have so much love for him and I feel bad because I’ve been holding so much in I just let it all go.

Should I apologize or let him go since it would be for the best?
