Sex with a complex cyst?

Okay you guys know Valentine’s Day is tonight! and the last time I had sex was 2 weeks ago after that I had a really bad pain in my left ovary so painful i wanted to go to the ER but I managed to stay home and wait it out, after that I found out it was because of a 5 cm complex cyst 😩...

I haven’t had sex since but I do have to add that day I had vigorous sex 🥲 so maybe that’s why I felt that pain and supposedly that cyst has been there for a while I’m assuming if it got that big. Anyways has anyone had sex with a cyst that big and it didn’t cause pain?
