Carpal tunnel syndrome
Has anyone else experienced numb/tingly hands while they sleep? I mentioned it to my doctor who said it’s carpal tunnel and common. She recommended a brace to wear when I sleep. Has anyone tried a brace to solve this problem? I just got mine today so I’ll see how it goes tonight!
