Brown spotting
Had a brown spotting that lasted few hours only on dpo9 after grocery runs. Does carrying heavy stuff cause spotting? No cramping and no discomfort at all. Just a little shock seeing brown blood on my pantyliner. A little worry here but my doctor's appointment is only due next month. Help please.
