Positive? Should I be concerned it’s not darker?

I’m 16dpo and my period should have started today. Is this positive? Should I be concerned it’s not darker? Is it still considered “early” to test?

Answer

Looks like a BFP to me. My test was not that dark when I tested on the day I missed my period with my soon. He’s almost 2 now!
