Late O lead to late AF?

1st cycle TTC my first child. My cycle is always 28 days, according to opk I ovulated CD 17 instead of 14. I understand that an app doesn’t know what is going on, but it moved my period back 3 days when I put in my ovulation date. I’m currently 29CD/11DPO and my next cycle is now supposed to start 2/16 or 17. So am I a day late according to my regular 28 day cycle or is my cycle just oddly long this month? I’ve tested and have gotten nothing but BFNs.
