Does this mean I ovulated for sure ?

First month using Opks. 
I’m just wondering if you get a strong/peak from LH test if that means that you for sure ovulated ? Like is it possible to get a positive opk and not release an egg ? 
So many questions on this TTC journey ! TIA ❤️❤️

Yes I think it is possible to get a positive opk and still not ovulate. I think temping is supposed to confirm it, but I’m not sure if a temp rise is a for sure thing that you ovulate.
