Helpppp please - dates

Okay, so... I am currently 6 months pp (c-section). I started taking the mini pill at 8 weeks pp. I was taking the mini pill until 1/23 when I took my last pill. I didn’t get my period yet so I took a pregnancy test today (2/14). It’s positive.

My question is - is it most likely I conceived while on birth control because of these dates?

I’m so confused. I had an appointment to switch birth controls on the 17th 😬
