Biting

How are you guys handling biting?

It’s hard for us because she thinks it’s funny when we move her away. Then it becomes a game. We have tried moving her arm in front of the body part she’s trying to bite on us, telling her no and walking away, even cupping her face and telling her a stern ‘no’. She cracks up every time.

I don’t want to resort to the same kind of discipline I was raised with ( spankings and flicking the mouth) but the biting is always a game for her, never malicious so it’s hard! *I should add she has never bit out of anger, it’s usually something like she will lay her head in my lap and roll over and then just try and bite. It’s always random
