Are cramps after deep penetration normal?

My boyfriend and I were getting steamy on Valentine’s Day and he was a little rougher than normal and on top of that having food that causes gas. When I got home I had the WORST gas pain and I threw up twice as well. Is this normal? Also I’m really disappointed in myself because I didn’t use protection during anal sex and didn’t check the app and apparently it was not a safe day 😅😅
