I took a test 10 days early and mine came up positive immediately and was also super dark like yours. I had only tested because my husband noticed my boobs were bigger lol. In my situation, i ovulated really early (cycle day 9). I also had a chemical pregnancy the cycle before, and that can cause early ovulation. I think you probably ovulated early and you’re further along than you think!
