First period after miscarriage
I started my first period yesterday, 5 weeks exactly since I miscarried my first baby and I honestly don’t know how to feel. I just feel totally broken and the cramps and horrible feelings just don’t help either...has anyone else felt this crappy? Like my MIL said I should be happy as my body is going back to normal, but it feels wrong to be happy for that when I have lost my baby
