I’m not due for my period for another seven days (picture included at bottom for timing) but on the 14th ( Valentine’s Day) I noticed light spotting only when I wiped. This morning the 15th I experienced the same thing, I used a tampon not sure exactly what was going on (

Pictures included below for reference). My fiancé and I were sexually active around the predicted ovulation date (I didn’t notate it though). Over the last few years it’s easier to not try to keep track and just hope it’ll happen on it’s own. I’ve had a period come early but never by more than a week and I’m 35 years old so I’m usually always regular. I’m also ALWAYS a heavy bleeder with excruciating pain. Other than the pictures included of the blood the only other symptoms I have right now are fatigue and very minor cramps that have come and go on my left side (also abnormal for me as during my periods I have pain on both sides and feel like someone took an axe to my ovaries and lower back). Can anyone please shed some light? Is this possibly implantation bleeding? Is there something I should be concerned about? Please help, any advice or suggestions are really appreciated! I should mention this tampon has been in the last 6 to 8 hours and that I’ve only been experiencing this very light flow/spotting for 24 hours. Thank you

Update: so I thought it stopped because there was nothing through the night but when I wiped this morning I had a few pink spots on the toilet paper. I put a tampon in again and left it for the last 5 hours and when I removed it half hour ago it had a small amount of dark brown blood (as much as the one pictured below). Haven’t seen any more blood or anything since. So I only dealt with this for two days and my period isn’t due till 8 days from now. Wtf is wrong with my body?!
